The Bulgarian Ladies’ Forum is a nonprofit organization, established in the end of December 2009. it gathers 130 women in senior management positions in large companies or who are successfully developing their own business. The organization is a platform for sharing experiences and ideas, as well as supporting future women leaders through special initiatives.
The main goals of the Forum are:
• to create better opportunities for professional realization and comprehensive improvement of women engaged in business;
• to work for the affirmation of women, as leaders in business and a factor in the construction of civil society, being a guarantor of democracy;
• to ensure cooperation with other non-governmental and governmental bodies and organizations and to support gender equality and other charitable and philanthropic causes.
• to organize discussions, trainings, mentoring and educational initiatives and events in order to empower women to start, grow and sustain successful businesses.
