AFRIW:
- designs and supports educational, social, and leadership programmes to strengthen the role of women* and girls* in political, social, and cultural life, especially from marginalised and minority backgrounds.
- promotes a feminist approach to foreign policy, recognising gender equity and equal participation as essential foundations for peace and security; advances women’s leadership in peace and conflict studies, supporting inclusive mediation and negotiation efforts.
- promotes fundamental rights for all, especially those from minority and marginalized groups. We raise awareness about human rights violations, support survivors, and advocate for fair treatment and equal opportunity worldwide.
- is committed to combating labour exploitation and human trafficking. We engage in initiatives that uphold the rights and dignity of vulnerable workers and promote legal protections and support systems.
