The purpose of the Association is to promote the use of energy-efficient solutions and technologies to save energy, reduce costs and CO2 emissions and to accelerate the transition to energy efficient economies by leveraging industry's collective resources, voice, and expertise and to facilitate the annual energy efficiency improvements in all industries. In pursuing its purpose, the Association strives to drive the awareness and energy efficiency solution sharing and to implement the energy efficiency "first fuel" principle and commit to share its knowledge and experience.
