Energy Storage Europe is the voice of the energy storage community, actively promoting the use of energy storage in all its forms in Europe and worldwide.
ESE actively supports the deployment of energy storage as an indispensable instrument within the framework of the European energy and climate policy to deliver services to, and improve the flexibility of, the European energy system.
ESE seeks to build a European platform for sharing and disseminating energy storage-related information.
ESE supports the transition towards a sustainable, flexible and stable energy system in Europe.

ESE's main goals are:
- To increase awareness and knowledge of European industry, academics and EU officials regarding the need for energy storage technologies and applications;
- To stimulate the development of innovative energy storage technologies and energy storage uses;
- To act as a European platform for the exchange of energy storage-related information and represent the whole Energy Storage Sector
