eu transparency goals
EDRi is the biggest European network defending rights and freedoms online. The EDRi network is a dynamic and resilient collective of 45+ NGOs, as well as experts, advocates and academics working to defend and advance digital rights across Europe and beyond. Together, we build a movement of organisations and individuals pushing for robust and enforced laws, informing and mobilising people and promoting a healthy and accountable technology market.
Our mission is to challenge private and state actors who abuse their power to control or manipulate the public. We do so by advocating for robust and enforced laws, informing and mobilising people, promoting a healthy and
accountable technology market, and building a movement of organisations and individuals
committed to digital rights and freedoms in a connected world.
Since January 2003, EDRi regularly publishes the EDRi-gram, a bi-weekly email newsletter about digital civil rights in Europe.
