MBDA Italia S.p.A. is the National Company of the homonymous Italian-British-French-German group, the first example of an integrated industrial group in Europe in the defence field, owned by Airbus, BAE Systems and Leonardo. The MBDA Group has already started to structure its own permanent presence in Brussels. Defence remains, Also at European level, within the competence of the Member States, determining the need to integrate the group garrison with an appropriate one at the national companies level, as the only holders of the relationship with the respective Defence Ministries.
For this reason, MBDA Italia intends to contribute, as entitled to have relationship with the Domestic customer, to the creation of a common European defence industrial system.
