NovaPay LLC is a Ukrainian financial institution and a payment institution, acting as the payment organisation of the international payment system “NovaPay”. The company is part of the NOVA group. NovaPay provides financial payment services in accordance with the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) licences, including cash-in and cash-out to/from users’ accounts, execution of payment transactions (credit and debit transfers and other payment operations), issuance and/or acquiring of payment instruments, and money remittance without opening an account.
